The spacious 3 bedroom condo that sleeps 8 adults is located in tropical Bahama Bay Resort with plenty of great amenities. 4 heated pools, 6 jacuzzis, gym, playgrounds, children's splash areas, sand beech, restaurants, bars, tennis etc etc makes this to your absolute favorite place to stay during your Orlando holiday.

All about the inside of Penthouse at Bahama Bay
The condo is approximately 160 m2/1739 sqft. It is a "Platinum rated" Grand Bahama unit, the by far largest type and highest possible standard available within the resort.
The apartment is therefore larger, better equipped and have a higher standard than most other condos, not just within the resort, but even compared to other condos and villas in and around Orlando.
Bedroom 1 / Master bedroom: king size bed with new mattresses, Flat screen TV, a large walk-in closet, chest of drawers, en suite bathroom with separate WC closet, bath tub, separate shower, double sinks with plenty of surface around. Hairdryer. The bedroom has a separate exit out to the balcony.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed with new mattresses, Flat screen TV, large double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a private balcony.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds, 32" Flat screen TV with Blu-Ray player, large double wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Bathroom 2: Two sinks, toilet, bath tub, separate shower.
Living Room: 3-seater sofabed with memory foam mattress, a loveseat, 46-inch flat screen TV with HD-cable and Blu-ray player. Music system with Bluetooth / USB connection so you can plug in your computer or phone and play stored music or Internet radio and Spotify etc. Dining table with six chairs and two bar stools at the kitchen bar. Direct access to the balcony.
Balcony: 8 chairs and tables. Completely screened, which allows you to sit out entire evenings completely mosquito free. The ceiling fan and the lush trees outside gives a very comfortable temperature.
Kitchen: Renovated modern full size kitchen with böack granite worktops and new appliances. Fridge and freezer with ice maker and filtered water, stove / oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, the slow-cooker(!) and garbage disposer.
Pots, pans, oven dishes and more. Glassware and crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils.
In short, you will find everything you need to prepare your own meals.
Private Utility Room: Washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment and fire extinguishers.
- The apartment has free WiFi which also covers most of the resort.
- Free parking in front of the house.
- In addition, there is a cot (Pack'n Play), high chair and bed rails. Additional cot can be arranged, just let us know when you book.
- Bed linen, towels, pool towels, hair dryers
- On arrival, you will find a small starter kit with soap, shampoo, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee and filters are included.
- In terms of safety, you will find a safe, smoke detectors, sprinklers, fire extinguishers, phone and that the reception is manned around the clock in case you need any help.
- The area is fenced and the entrance is manned around the clock including patrolling of the area.
Please note that the apartment is on the top floor ( building has a ground, middle and top floor) and there is no elevator.
